Our preliminary investigation of this residence was on November 20, 2009. This residence has been abandoned for at least the last 3 years that we know of, there is no power, water, gas or anything else in the house to interfere with false emf readings. The preliminary investigation revealed that everyspot in the house has zero energy that our emf detectors could pick up. We took many photo's throughout the entire place and caught only what appeared to be an orb although we can't definetivly say, it could just as easily be dust. But as we took pictures it almost appeared as though we were chasing it, as it was in several pictures that we took in secession of the hallway and then down the stairs where it then vanished.

Our first real investigation at this location finally came on March 10, 2010. The investigation went on without a hitch and the only major thing that we did have happen was our 2-way radio's. At one point we left the house for only a few minutes to warm up and when we came back one of the radios was going crazy. Nothing had happened all night long then while we were gone it was acting up, we heard it when we walked in and as we got over by it it immediately shut off and didnt do anything the rest of the night. While we can't say for sure it was really wierd. Upon reviewing the evidence we caught all of the radio on 2 different recorders and a few other things...

We finally were able to do the second Investigation on March 24, 2010. We thought we had finally picked a some what warm night to do this investigation since the home is abandoned(no heat, no electric), but this is New York and it was anything but. The biggest let down was we had to wrap it up ealy because our battery powered system died faster than it should have. But in any event we were able to catch a few interesting things... We will be investigating this location again real soon...

We had an opportunity so we got in another investigation on April 4, 2010 Easter Sunday. We had to limit ourselves time wise because we are still trying to work out the kinks in our battery system being that the place has no electric. But all in all it was a great investigation and we both experienced things we couldn't explain and caught a few more pieces of evidence. At this point after multiple investigations we are coming to the conclusion that it is a residual haunting. Meaning that its not an intelligent spirit or spirits, but rather recurring fragments almost like snapshots from the houses long life.
